Aquinas Guilbeau, O.P., and Boniface Hicks, O.S.B. on the Papal Visit

Father Aquinas Guilbeau, O.P., recently joined Father Boniface Hicks, O.S.B., a Benedictine from Saint Vincent Archabbey in Latrobe, PA, for an interview on the We Are One Body Catholic radio station. In the interview, you’ll hear context and commentary on the Holy Father’s visit to Cuba and the United States. As Father Guilbeau puts it, “The Pope Francis who was expected to arrive in the United States really isn’t the Pope Francis who actually showed up…beginning with his arrival in Cuba, Pope Francis deliberately avoided the cultural and political discussions that occupy us, to focus, instead, on his role as a pastor.
