This Saturday: Downtown Eucharistic Procession in Cincinnati

June 25, 2014

“God in Cinci: Total Surrender,” an evangelical mission project of three Cincinnati parishes, will hold a mass and Eucharistic procession in downtown Cincinnati this Saturday, June 28. All are welcome to attend.

The procession will complete a week-long mission program in Cincinnati, wherein youth from Immaculate Heart of Mary, St. Margaret of York, and St. Gertrude spend a week living in the Our Lady of the Holy Spirit Center, volunteering at local charities and praying together.

The procession begins with 11:30 mass at St. Peter in Chains Cathedral in downtown Cincinnati, and moves with the Eucharist to Old St. Mary’s Church in Over-the-Rhine, where the youths’ mission trip will end with Benediction. Benedict Croell, O.P., will lead the procession.
