Greg Maturi, O.P., Leads Ohio Senate in Prayer

On February 4, Greg Maturi, O.P., led the 130th general assembly of the Ohio Senate in an opening prayer. Click here to see the video of the event. Fr. Greg has been garnered national attention for his work on “Operation Redemption,” working to restore blighted neighborhoods in Youngstown, Ohio, and create spaces and communities that foster human dignity. He has been called the “Crime-fighting priest” for his efforts to reduce violence in the area around St. Dominic’s Church and in the wider Youngstown area.
