New England Vocation Event in Providence

All men considering a vocation in New England are invited to a vocation event on Sunday, July 22, 2012.  The day will begin with Mass at 11:30am Mass at St. Pius V Church, 55 Elmhurst Avenue  Providence, RI 02908. After the Mass newly ordained friars, Fr. Justin Brophy OP and Fr. Augustine Reisenauer OP will join us, followed by Midday Prayer at St. Dominic’s chapel at Providence College, lunch, and a tour of St. Dominic Chapel, St. Thomas Aquinas Priory, Oratories in Harkins & St. Catherine of Siena Halls and a tour of Providence College campus. This event is part of a series of summer vocation events in our Province.  Consider also making a vocation weekend at the Dominican House of Studies in Washington DC.  The next Vocations Weekend is September 28-30, 2012, and spots are filling up fast.
