As part of the Summer Lecture Series at St. Thomas Aquinas parish in Zanesville, OH, Br. John Sica, OP, offered a talk on the nature of conscience. In his talk, Br. John explains the recent controversies that have led to disputes about exemptions for reasons of conscience. Br.
