Devotion to the Blessed Virgin Mary is integral to the Dominican vocation.
My former student master, Fr. Vincent Wiseman OP, who now teaches our friars in formation in Nairobi, wrote this paper on Dominican Devotion to the Blessed Virgin Mary in the Thirteenth Century.
A vocation to be a Dominican Friar is certainly precious to our Lady who loves her sons so dearly. Entrust your vocation to Our Lady. She certainly will protect it and help it to mature in your life!
