Ohio Young Adult Pilgrimage 2014
June 26, 2014
This Saturday, June 28, the student brothers in Ohio will host a walking pilgrimage for young adults through the state’s cradle of faith, stopping to pray at the oldest Catholic churches in Ohio. The pilgrims will travel from St. Rose in New Lexington, to St. Patrick in Junction City, then to St. Joseph in Somerset. These three are the, respectively, the third-, second-, and first-oldest Catholic churches in Ohio, and were all originally Dominican foundations. The pilgrimage will conclude with a visit to Holy Trinity in Somerset, another early Dominican foundation in the state. All young adults in the Ohio area are welcome to attend. For more information about the pilgrimage, see the Columbus Frassati Society website here, and the Facebook event here.
