The Priest as Disciple of Christ and Alter Christus

February 28, 2014

This July 8-10, the Thomistic Institute will continue its annual conferences for diocesan priests with a symposium entitled “The Priest as Disciple of Christ and Alter Christus.” The conference will be held in Nashville, Tennessee, at the Fleming Center of the Cathedral of the Incarnation. The principal speakers for the conference are Allan White, O.P., Frederick J. Miller, Thomas Joseph White, O.P., Guy Mansini, O.S.B., and Gabriel O’Donnell, O.P. This summer’s conference is the third in the Thomistic Institute’s annual series, all of which have worked to provide practical, relevant wisdom for diocesan priests, informed by the riches of the Thomistic tradition. In addition to liturgies, lectures, and roundtable discussions, the conference will include time for rest and fraternity among the attendees.
