July 26, 2012

In the videos below, Brs. Joachim Kenney, O.P. and Raymund Snyder, O.P., continue their series on how the wisdom of the Dominican saints can be used to respond to some of the contemporary problems associated with belief in God.  Using the lives and writings of eight of the greatest saints of the Order of Preachers, the brothers address topics such as the meaning of life, the nature of the soul, the power of prayer, and the relationship between faith and science.  In these two lectures, the brothers present the following topics:  Is Heaven Real? St. Thomas Aquinas on Seeing God and How could Bread be God? St. John of Cologne, Martyr of the Eucharist.
