Our New Student Brothers Periodical: “Dominicana”

Last week I sent you an article on discerning a vocation written by one of our student brothers, Bro. Gabriel OP. If you did not receive it from me then you are not on my email updates. Contact me to be added.
That article came from the first issue of “Dominicana,” a new periodical published by our student friars here at the Dominican House of Studies. The periodical is being sent to our parishes and houses for all friends of our province. As one reader already said about it: “The articles are short, yet they cut to the core!”
Check it out! I think you will enjoy getting to know our student brothers in formation. Speaking of, come August (thanks be to God) we will have over 50 student brothers in formation. That will put our priory at over 80 friars. We just ordered 3 new tables for the refectory (dining room). This also means future vocation weekends will be limited in the number of men we are able to welcome.
Finally, keep your eyes open for photos from our recent ordination to the priesthood (May 27). Say a prayer for our ordinandi as they begin their priestly ministry!
