September 25, 2014

Fr. Justin Brophy, OP, aims to defend his title as “Dominican Iron Chef” at Providence College on Thursday, September 25. The challenge will be held in Raymond Dining Hall from 4:30—6:30pm. Fr. Justin will be challenged by Mr. Ed Cooley, head coach of the men’s basketball team at Providence. Student balloting determines the winner and college chaplain, Fr. James Cuddy, OP, returns as master of ceremonies for the event. Fr. Justin Brophy, OP, made simple profession in 2007 and was ordained to the priesthood in 2012. Since ordination, he has been assigned to Providence College as assistant chaplain and campus minister.
