Fourteen Novices Approved for Vows

The Province of St. Joseph announces with joy that its fourteen current novices have been approved to make their temporary profession of vows on August 15, 2014, the Solemnity of the Assumption of the Blessed Virgin Mary. The following fourteen men, in order of religion, are scheduled to make their simple vows: Augustine Marogi, O.P. Jordan Zajac, O.P. Thomas Martin Miller, O.P. Irenaeus Maria Dunlevy, O.P. Jonah Mary Teller, O.P. Ephrem Maria Reese, O.P. John Mark Solitario, O.P. Paul Mary Clarke, O.P. John Thomas Fisher, O.P. Hyacinth Grubb, O.P. Ambrose Arralde, O.P. Constantius Sanders, O.P. Albert Thomas Dempsey, O.P. Anthony Michael Van Berkum, O.P. Br. Thomas Martin will be professing his vows as a cooperator brother candidate; the others will profess as clerical brother candidates. The mass of simple profession will be held at 11:30 A.M. on Friday, August 15, 2014, at St. Gertrude’s Parish, 6543 Miami Avenue, Cincinnati, Ohio 45243. All are invited. After making their simple vows, the newly professed will proceed to the Dominican House of Studies, where they will pursue their studies.
