New Audio Recordings from the Thomistic Institute

March 6, 2014

The Thomistic Institute has made many of its recent talks and symposiums available online, including two talks from the recent conference on “Holy Scripture and the Divine Attributes.” The two talks available from the Scripture conference are Gary Anderson’s “Through Those Near to Me, I Show Myself Holy,” and Michael Gorman’s “The Bible and the Euthyphro Problem.” The talks are available on SoundCloud at the Thomistic Institute website here. All Thomistic Institute recordings can also be downloaded for free from iTunes as podcasts. The lecture recordings available above were given as part of the Thomistic Circles series presented by the Thomistic Institute of the Dominican House of Studies. The Thomistic Circles are an annual cycle of conferences designed to help renew in the Church today a sense of the perennial importance of the thought of Thomas Aquinas, the Angelic doctor. The aim of the Thomistic Circles conferences is to bring together scholars of the highest level to present with clarity and insight the wisdom of Aquinas, in dialogue with one another, and in response to modern problems and questions. The Thomistic Circles conferences are usually offered bi-annually in both the Spring and Fall semesters.
